A list of proposed changes and documentation gaps.

The customer chooses changes and approves the final design.

02 / Build the package

You provide
The approved design and agreed supplier, process and quality requirements.
FFG works on
Prepare and organize the agreed 2D/3D files, manufacturing specifications, tender requirements, process instructions and quality instructions.
You receive
A supplier-ready technical package with the contents defined in the project scope.
Decision point
The customer approves the package before it is used for supplier quotation or production preparation.

This engineering work can be commissioned without a manufacturing commitment to FFG.

Design and manufacturing review

Mechanical details, cost drivers and manufacturing constraints are reviewed against the intended process. Proposed changes are brought back to the customer for a design decision before documentation is finalized.

Supplier-ready documentation

Depending on the agreed scope, the package can include 2D/3D files, manufacturing specifications, tender requirements, process instructions and quality instructions. The customer approves the package before supplier use.
